Not yet. I'm not if this will also work for Pick 4 since the short sums is not evenly separated into 22 groups as is the Pick 4. I'll have to take a look and see.

Maybe BA will explain how he uses the Pick 4 Short Sums VTRAC method.

I added some additional calculations to the Blackapple Excel file.

I added a skip chart for all the combinations.

Below is a workout for tonight's Arizona Pick 3. You can play the 24 box sets from column A or if your daring play the highlighted sets from columns P through U. These are the Pick 3 combinations that are the longest out .

You may see more than 1 set highlighted in yellow because there are only 2231 draws in the history file. So any Pick 3 set that has a skip greater than 22... [ More ]

Maybe the ideal skip for the VTRAC short sums may be to wait for a skip of 10 or more for 1 or more short sum VTRAC's. Presently for the Pennsylvania Pick 3 evening draw history the highest skip is 6. I'm using last night's draw of 8/5/2013 as the most current drawing in my analysis.

I did a quick analysis of the Pennsylvania Evening only draw history and I know this is not close to how you arrive at your sets.

I started with last nights evening drawing and going backwards.

The Positional digits due are from the VTRAC 5 which is the 4 and 9 since both digits have not appeared in 7 previous draws. So every box combination below has to contain either a 4 or 9.

I filtered only the 6-way boxed sets only. No triples or doubles.

The short sums I'm using short sums 0,5,... [ More ]

BA since you and I are from Pennsylvania how do you analyze PA since the midday draw uses RNG and evening draw uses real machines. Do you still combine or look at the draws 3 different ways? Midday only, Evening only, and Combined only?

My other question is how do you know what date to start your analysis of past draws. End of the week, end of the month etc.

I added this to my spreadsheet and wanted to see if this is correct.

Below I highlighted the short sums starting with the last Delaware drawing on July 29 going backwards in time. I also highlighted the short sum VTRAC column. The small chart to the right I placed arrows to the longest out VTRAC's for the short sums which are 4, 5, and 1. 4 not appearing in 11 draws which is really Short Sums 3 8 and VTRAC 5 which is... I think I understand how you arrived at the 1, 6, 3 from the screen shot below.

Since these were the longest out skips for all 3 positions 1, 2, and 3

The last draw for Delaware was on July 29, 2013. Based on your 1st post I think this is your last drawing also that you used to calculate your upcoming selections.

You want your first four draws cover only two vtracs

It has to be two vtracs...In this case Vtracs 2 3 covered

which means vtrac 1,4 5 are up for grabs..post traps.

Since Short sum 3-8..aka vtrac 4 longest out,condition

are more favorable for it.

778=2

I dont think it has much to do with longest out Sums. When I put Black Apple's numbers in my visual Pick 3 wheel I found that all the numbers were single vtracs (1-2) with the pairs 01 06 51 56. The timing is what I do not understand.

I've created an Excel program that calculates longest out digits by position and all positions. Also calculate the longest out Sums, Root Sums, and Short Sums.

Sums = 9-9-9 = 27

Root Sums = 9-9-9 = 27 Root Sum = 9

Short Sums = 9-9-9 = 27 Short Sum = 7

I did this using the Delaware example in this thread but I'm stumped on how you arrive at your Pick 3 selections. It would seem you are using the longest out 3 digits from all positions and from these digits you filter using the... [ More ]
