after a year of not winning a red cent on one pool i run, it then turned around and won 8 draws in a row. when i say won i dont mean the jackpot, but some cash. now its back to losing most of the time. but i did think that winning streak was going to end on a biggun. o well thats to come. I must say the winning streak even though it was only $10-$60 prizes, would have been nice to continue a few months longer.

i think its requires the understanding of math and astrology and how weight is shifted and tne entire monetary system itself. i have visions of the moon shifting and sometime about the sun. there are a very few people who knows how to get that number.i think things should be done to increase the odds. in my opinion wealth shouldnt be share amomgst a few

you may have to choose a new method on how you get your numbers. people online may have the number or books, but netting and winning is another situation. some people on this line may understand the lottery system. i think something has to be done to make your numbers net.

Trust me when I say this. Where you buy your tickets isn't going to matter. I believe scratch offs are disstrubted evenly throught a state. The old saying goes, If it is meant to be then it will be . My advice would be to either drop the current system, or, make some dramatic changes to it then simply conduct testing to verify efficiency. This will only apply to P3/P4 games. It's not easy to win u have to keep playing but play less like u are doing. Then when u win get back to your old ways. I won almost 500k on a cash 5 ticket. This happand one month into a system i was playing ... I have not won since, it's been 19 months... Im still playing but only when jackpot is not hit fir 3 days... This keeps mE grounded... obviously i am still way ahead... But after winning like hat u just expect to win again! so i just am careful about how much spend.

Since playing the lottery over the past 3.5 years I've only won 200 dollars just once and 100 dollars twice. Those are the most I've ever won on scratch tickets. It seems like there are far too many scratch tickets that pay nothing or just the face value of the ticket. I played the newer scratch tickets in my state of Mass. and they were all horrible.

I have only played the numbers game twice and to be honest I'm confused a bit by how it really works. I would prefer to win 500 dollars or less because if you win 600 dollars or more you have to claim it on your taxes. I always read the odds of games on my state's lottery website. I agree with you about the lottery not being designed for people like myself to win regularly. I'm only hoping to win something occasionally but that's not been happening. When I don't take the lottery too seriously and just have fun playing then I feel like like a kid again.

There's a lot more nuance and complexity to scratch games than most people think.

I believe you when you make that statement... that part is most difficult for me to wrap my head around... they way they are distributed, never really having a true grasp on sales pace (timing, markets/location), when will they pull the game and how many top tier prizes will go unawarded... I'm sure I'm missing more, but you get the point.

Scratchers are indeed very dangerous and potentially addictive, and you can lose a lot more playing them.

It's their deceptive nature of having easy wins, high payouts and instant feedback that sets them apart from draw games, where you may have to wait a few days for feedback, and you know your wins are few and far between.

You're not alone shyguitar... its been said here many times before by others... If you're expecting to win decent prizes, you'll most likely be very disappointed.

If you feel you're losing too much, too often... take a break or at least cut back.

Actually, with Scratch games you will both win more often and win back a higher percentage than any draw/online games.

Just take a little time out and read the odds posted on the back of the play slips or on the the lottery websites. The game wasn't designed for you to regularly win, you are suppose to lose unless you get lucky. Besides, it's not about winning it's about having fun.

I have on occasions abandoned the tactics l have used and tried something new, like having the qp generator from lottery post pick my numbers- l have also either lowered my bets on one particular game and put it elsewhere. If my returns on the multi State lottery is not yielding any wins- l will look at our local fantasy5 game which has better odds and enough walking around money should l win to attack the Multi State games once again.

Have you ever measured your results, how well or how poorly you are doing?

Experienced gamblers keep track of their wins and losses, not just for their gaming skills, but also for taxes.(if it comes into play) It might be eye opening to you if you check how you are actually doing versus how you are supposed to be doing based on the odds of the game.

Lately I've been feeling like I've been in a losing steak/slump. Though I've cut down on my lottery playing for the past 6 months, I can't seem to win anything. When I buy scratch tickets I tend to buy one 2 or 5 dollar scratch ticket and scratch it in the store and if I win nothing will buy one more and leave and that will be it.
