			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ooooh, I know the answer to this! Vtracs means Variable of the numbers. So instead of using digits 0-9,<br /><br />Vtracs uses 1-5, with each Vtracs representing TWO digits! Trust me, it takes half the time to figure!<br /><br />V1- is digits 0-5<br /><br />V2- is digits 1-6<br /><br />V3- is digits 2-7<br /><br />V4- is digits 3-8<br /><br />V5- is digits 4-9<br /><br />So, using v212, you have digits v2-1/6, v1-0/5, v2-1/6.<br /><br />So, v212 Combos are..101,106,151,156,601,606,651,656.<br /><br />I hope this answers your question.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>If 1 state has a VTRACS number say 212 and its Michigan and their draw number is say and Texas VTRACS is 212 then how can it be that the draw number for Michigan can be 106 while Texas is 656? Can someone PLEASE explain this to me</p>]]></description>
