Believe it or not, this is actually not statistically significant. It would have to be missing for nearly 150 draws before that happened.

For instance digit '8' in 1st position evening Cash 4 (Georgia) has been missing now for 41 days.

Almost every number I played tonight starts leads off with an 8.

Happens like that all the time in Georgia. But I like it because it helps narrow your plays since those are the due digits by position. You need to keep playing 5 in 3rd position and 9 in 4th position (until the pattern changes) So your number is XX59. Determine which are the missing digits in 1st and 2nd position and there you quite possibly have the next winning number. Good luck.

I am somewhat new to site. Just wondering pick 4 in Kentucky hasn't had a number 5 drawn in the 3rd slot since July 19th. Then the number 9 hasn't been drawn in the 4th slot in over 40 draws. Does this usually happen often
