The world has an aged population that didn't save enough for their retirement and they are eating up the wealth with medicare, social security, and Federal Government pension checks faster than the working young can produce it. I use Lucky's key numbers in A+ states because these states work better with his system. You think there is no difference between the ratings and I simply disagree.

And as far as the grade stuff, whatever I don't even care, say what you want, just know there is a diifference.

And again not to argue, but what the point in only using Lucky's key numbers in states with an A+ rating when several other states with less than an A+ use live ball drawings too and some payout more than in your A+ states?

You forgot to mention there are four Key digits for pick-3 games and how a player is suppose to use them. You still haven't answered the question; what is so GREAT about this system ???

I would say that his system works best for all the lottery games but I only concentrated on A+ lottery states.

You can find Lucky's Keys here. What's great about his systems, I would say that his keys are great in building your numbers around. The winning numbers in the lottery Pick 4 games can be derived from using his system. I would say that his system works best for all the lottery games but I only concentrated on A+ lottery states. in nov 08. here is where the gas goes below $2.00 a gallon. therefore the average is as you stated. But don't pretend gas was always cheap. Gas hasn't been cheap since the late 90s......

My mother works in DC as well and has seen one of those memo distributed by the secret service. Obama's recent visit to a sandwich shop took hours of preparation. There is no shortcut when it comes down to protecting any of our Presidents.

What I like best about LP is the sheer wealth of information. This is a lotto encyclopedia.

If you get an e-mail or snail mail about a lottery system you can do a search here and probably get a hit and save yourself some $$$.
