I&#x27;m located in Dutchess County, near Poughkeepsie. It&#x27;s only a 30 minute drive to Danbury from my house. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>For those like me that bought a Halloween Millions ticket, you should know that tomorrow&#x27;s drawing is scheduled for 2 PM according to MUSL. (The Multi State Lottery)<br /><br />MUSL has a tab on the PowerBall home page in the upper right hand corner that says Raffle . If you click on it, it will tell you all about the halloween raffle being held in 7 different states. It says the drawing will be held at 2 PM, but it doesnt say in which time zone the drawing will be held. They hold one of the drawings on The 4th of July, and the other is held on New Years Day. Tickets are sold in April, May and June for the July 4th drawing, and in October, November and December for the New Years day drawing. They&#x27;re on sale for the 1/1/2014 drawing now.<br /><br />For last July&#x27;s drawing, tickets did NOT sell out.
