I believe it's a mirror of another number that hits during the phase.

Black Apple has them on his previous full moon/new moon posts.

I always use the numbers he posted.

The 469 never hit straight for a bit so I figured it was due.

Sum 19 a no show for 2 days on the midday side.

Looking for the new moon to give me 694/469 straight 8.
