Proof can be in the form of testimony, credibility, and other people who might have witnessed the event. None of these facts would be deemed irrelevant by any court or official.</p>]]></description>

There could be a video of her giving the person money to buy her tickets. In addition, what does anyone have to lose with having the lottery search for this little old lady?
