Which reminds me: The management staff at these burger joints were pulling down well over $100,000 a year a few years back, l found that remarkable, don't know if the recession has put a dent in those bucks since.

Ah, IN-N-OUT...

That's the only thing I like about California.

Our hamburgers are served out of a drawer at room temperature here.
