It's rare but it does happen. I had a Florida Fantasy5 ticket with 5 quick picks and two of them were the same 5 numbers...

Bought this mistake ticket from under the glass at a local Publix. Check it out... the top line is a QP -- (notice where it says Q6 next to the number 27) and the second line was chosen by whomever chose to NOT buy the ticket. Didn't win squat off of it but knew it would be cool to post.
