Each state requires there own Excel file based on that states draws

Once a draw has taken place i would update the existing draw history for that particular state, analyze the Range levels 0 through 30, then determine the best 5 Levels to use. Most important is how many consecutive range values of 10 or below have hit. I start with most obvious then move to the next. Sometimes a set of Levels with values of 10 or less will be joined . For example Levels 2, 3, 4, 5.

In the screen shot any numbers highlighted are numbers less than or equal to 10.

Select only 5 Levels (Level 0 through Level 15) where you think a Level will be less than or equal to 10.

Here are my selections.

If I had selected a Min Value -10 and Max Value +10 from the 1st 5 Level 0 through Level 4 it would have generated 26 sets to play.
