And it was done by the people running the lottery when they say: Don't play anymore than you can afford to lose I can say for myself that I continue to play on paper and the few times I've tossed out a 5, 10, or 20 dollar bill to buy tickets and didn't win, I've understood that I was a loser but I enjoyed game anyway.
