			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello who have 67% repeat a digit in pick3, then we can use the positive and negative patterns for pairs =<br /><br />+ +<br /><br />+ -<br /><br />- +<br /><br />-<br /><br />- +<br /><br />+ -<br /><br />example<br /><br />459<br /><br />865<br /><br />5 digit repeated, but not repeated in the position, ok, then put 5 in 1st or 3rd gave this example in 3rd position, now the positive and negative patterns.<br /><br />The digit 4 to 8 is more 4or is = +4 digit and 9 minus 6 is -3<br /><br />So default is for the pair</p>]]></description>
