			<description><![CDATA[<p>In IT-science the sign is defined in the first bit if I remember well. For decimal based numbers our highest digit is 9, but it doesn&#x27;t stop there for bigger bases. Take base 11 for example where the highest digit is A. For HEX the highest digit is F for fifteen. On the other side you could use base 7 and your highest digit would be 6. Now if you want to do the sum of digits you would calculate diffently too. 16=1+6=10=1+0=1 in base 7.</p>]]></description>

Since there&#x27;s no negatives and using the lottery digits we would cycle over 0-9 digits (that&#x27;s called base 9 in math terms since there is no number greater than 9 in our universe. 45, 36,27,18 all are just 9 and don&#x27;t exsist other than as a scaler)<br /><br />1-11=0<br /><br />2-11=1<br /><br />3-11=2<br /><br />.......<br /><br />.......<br /><br />9-11=8</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>From what I have read in the library today it goes like this here<br /><br />use the number 1 for each number you are subtracting. So if you have one 1 number only put one 1 under it.<br /><br />0 minus 1 equal 9, because 0 becomes a 10 more less. Numerology and the Matrix formula 1-0 not 0-9. So the 0 acts as a 10 when subtracting.<br /><br />Your numbers are : 1, 5, 7, 9, 55, 29...<br /><br />1 1 1 1 11 11<br /><br />______________<br /><br />0, 4, 6, 8, 44, 18</p>]]></description>
