I'm just trying to figure out why it's so hard for some folks to understand that the states that sell the most tickets are the ones that usually have the most winners.

JJ,....I will respectfully disagree with you on that one.... No player in those states has ever lost,they all win is unfactual....I have a former coworker I play PB MM with all the time and he resides in Florida... We lose many weeks in a row without even getting the PB or MM number on our tickets.
