			<description><![CDATA[<p>He might not have gone back to purchase the other one without the original mistake.<br /><br />I know when I&#x27;m offered a mistake ticket I usually decline, but don&#x27;t think for a second I&#x27;m not thinking about it possibly being a winner as I walk out the store and drive away. If I won another dollar I&#x27;d probably go back in there and purchase it where I would not have done so otherwise.</p>]]></description>

He could have done that without the clerk handing over the 8th. Had he originally kept the ticket and forked over another $20, then yes that would have been a mistake that paid out</p>]]></description>
