			<description><![CDATA[<p>simple answer is yes. for a specific answer we would need more info.<br /><br />basic process: lets assume you you have a set of 20 numbers and you want to select 6. generate a random number between 1 and 20. check that it has not already been used then use the random number as an index into your 20 number set. repeat until you have the desired qty of numbers.<br /><br />reset and repeat as many times as desired</p>]]></description>
