I was surfing on LP one time to see if Todd had ever posted a picture of a win he got I found one where he did a long time ago...then I knew it must be ok for us to post our pictures too.

Just guessing but probably not. I'm sure everyday he's involved in hearing,seeing or thinking about lottery and this website. Maybe by the end of the day he doesn't have time to go out and buy a ticket,lol. Either that or suffering burn out. He's a busy guy.
