From Table I the number for Cancer would be 4-6-3-9, this would be good for DC or SC. I would suggest doing or getting a state specific work out to see how the number is most likely to fall (Exact draw order). You can if you like play the 4-6-3-9 as it is drawn.

How to Play my Pick-4 System

Step-1

From the Table I numbers listed convert the numbers to Root Sum numbers; you do this by adding up the values of each digit until you get a single digit number. Example:

say your number was 9-6-9-3, add the digits in the Pick-4 number until you get a single digit (1-9)

9+6+9+3 = 27 (2+7=9) Root Sum = 9

Now go down to the chart below and match that to the astrological birth sign that matches the 9 = Sagittarius, so those born under
