I stopped playing. Was getting hits but had no way to test my ordering theories. So the hits could keep coming or dry up. Didn't want to keep playing based on chance so I stopped to rewrite the script. That's what I've been actively working on. The best pattern I've come up with tested as hitting 68% (using 10 sets, in 10 days) or 86% (using 10 sets, in 15 days). Not profitable for boxed hits but can't predict straights. bootleg233, no, I haven't done TN. I haven't tested a lot of states because I just don't have the back data for it. Without several years worth of data, for any given state, this system is useless. To add a state, I have to find the back data for it (and import it) and add the automated update to my website. That takes time and I don't have much of that at the moment. I have a day job that keeps me busy. I'll add more states as time allows.

I've come up with quite a few stats that give me a good idea what and when I should play. I'd like to come up with some more ways to help me order the pairs but I'm drawing a blank. Any ideas from the Lottery Post collective?

A few years ago I bought a system from the guy who has that Panther system, forget the guy's name, but it pretty much looked for pairs within a 14 day period. I still use it to narrow pairs in a specific order.

Well, 9-1-1 hit MID today for NY and 9-9-2 hit MID for GA... So apparently this works for multiple states. Still, wrong order. I called 9x9 for GA and 1x9 for NY. sigh... Got some ideas for ordering, just need to finish coding them. Can't wait to have that done. These close calls kinda suck.

Will continue watching your numbers and know that you will work out all the bugs. Thanks for all your help and wisdom. I use to do programming in my 20's but haven't done anything since. Oh, the lotto gods, they be cruel. As another kick to the gut... I've been playing 8/7 as the second set online (you can see it in the screen shots I posted above). That combination appears three times in my list. Well, it just hit TWICE today for FL. Neither of which was the order I had them in, and the mid-day hit was a double (knocking out some of the combinations). Your number counter has helped me a lot in compressing picks. I use four different samples when generating picks for my time frame, all picks from each sample set will be placed in set counter to sort identical picks(not similar)-called it hybrid of you samples.

My next question is, you said you play from group 1, 2 etc. were are these groups. I have a printout with 5 groups of numbers starting with Play until 9/8/2014 through 9/15/2014 with 9 sets of numbers in each line. Is each one of these lines the groups you were referring to.

So instead of 10 combos why not play 60 combos? If you can pick the right pair in 8 draws it should still be profitable playing locally.

Oh man... 9-4-2 hit and I played 9-2-4. That one stings. Two numbers in a row that hit but wrong order. So far, I can consistently pick winning numbers, I just can't order them well. I'll keep working at it. Getting a thousand numbers down to 10 a draw was the hard part. Now I just need to pick the right 1 out of 6 orders. Sounds much easier to do.

I know PA is hard to get the draws because they used to do double draws, but they haven't done that in 2 years I think?

Thank you for your post mmx1. I hadn't considered doing skips. The way I currently have it working is that the script goes back 4-5 years, looking at the D and OM numbers (my labels for how the pattern is used to create a set), to see which pattern occurs the most compared to the number of times the D number occurred. This may help figure out which digits order is the most likely to hit soon.

This is digits order stats for the last 600 draws Florida by Oct 05, 2014 (inclusive).

In order to predict next draw we have to find out two things:

which digits are the most likely supposed to hit in what order (for straight play)

Please note that my double pairs are two distinct digits i.e. 112 is pair 12.

6-8-9 hit EVE tonight in Florida (go check out my first post). Played in-store and online tonight. Missed because they're out of order. That stings a bit... I've gotta figure out how to order the sets better...

That 7/0 hit again... not too upset about missing it since I already won plenty off of it. Still, that pair hit quite a bit. Out of my list (18 sets), it appeared twice. Normally, I only look at the top few sets to get my playable numbers because I have it ordered by chance to hit. However, since 7/0 hit so much I was just checking it out. While looking through, I noticed 7/8 appears three times (once as 8/7). The greatest odds of it hitting are x87, or 087, 187,287,387,487,587,687,787,887,987.

If your strategy is to wage only exact bets, then the order of the pairs is doable, you can assume your time frame to expected prize tag/number of picks. Lets say you wage 10picks, then you assume your time frame to be $500(prize tag)/10= 50 draws, you may have multiple str8 hits or recover your cost at end of time frame, see this link. Just polished off a working copy of my system. I had a couple of 20s left in my wallet from my scratch off money and $3.25 in my online account. So I'm the set with the best odds of hitting first, #1 in the list. Since it was my first time playing and I was down to very little play money left, I played boxed in the store and a quarter play online. Of course, it hit straight.

Again, that percentage is the overall for any given set [of ten numbers] over a 30 day period. Odds are very good that you'll lose money. The key is if the past data (four years) helps to show when and how a given set should be played. Then it would be profitable. So far, it's looking good. The question is if its repeatable or not. Only way to know is to keep playing.

That would generate a win 95% of the time or more. Doing the math, it's not profitable and wins come rather slow. Then there's still the ordering issue, but more on that in a bit. So what I did is coded a script that pulls all of the patterns for the last 30 days. Then I do various stats that give me a % of the best numbers to play, based on what's happened in the past four years.
