I forgot to mention that was Christmas Eve. I love getting them 3 Dogs you get 3 Pink Dogs your are into the Money.

I had 2 Brown dogs and one white Dog depending on how much you play you get more when you play more. Two times I got the Dogs 3 of them.

I was lucky last night at the Internet Cafe' One of the Guys that work at the Internet was telling me somebody won 16,000 at that Internet Cafe' back in Oct.

The Game was Highway 50 I made a mistake when I was playing the Lucky Eddy, but it was a good mistake if you don't adjust how much you want to play it will automatically give you what's there, I had no Idea I was playing for $4.00 untill I looked at the game after I played it I go OMG. I didn't mean to play for $4.00

Read the article and you'll see that all your drama is unnecessary. Players can win much more than $10 but can't legally collect more than $10 in cash. The only point I was making, which both of you ignored is why would anybody would take a chance of not getting paid in cash when there are legal casinos in the area.

Do you think all those people going to Vegas would go if their winnings were paid off in gas, phone, and gift cards

Talk to management about creating a rule that prohibits other LP members from disagreeing with threads and posts. Good luck with that because civil disagreement is part of discussion and without it, there is no Lottery Post.

Fact 1, I gave a link to a Cleveland Plain Dealer article that clearly stated the $10 is the largest legal cash payoff these places can give.

Fact 2, The article quoted the Ohio Attorney General as saying many of these places are fronts for illegal activities.

You're telling LP members about people winning hundreds of dollars in these Internet cafes when it's a fact $10 is the top legal cash payoff. If the people you know are getting paid large amounts of cash from winnings, it's illegal.

They were indicted on charges of racketeering, money laundering, possession of criminal tools and gambling in connection with use of their products.

It's either legal or illegal for those places to payout over $10 in cash awards and according to the article it's illegal. The article mentions a player apparently illegally winning $1600 and quotes the Ohio Attorney General saying they all should be closed down.

Them places are not close.... we been having all kind of luck.. I hope we hit the big one. We play them together. In my neck of the wood's. We aslo got some in some of the Gas Stations and a few Beverage stores. Lots of the Surburbs. So far we would about $ 300.00 this week. I don't know about other places in Ohio but we have 6 of them.
