Fingers Cut off in Dream

Good Morning, This is crazy but I had a dream my left index finger was severed off and I was trying to hold it back on. When it stayed on I noticed the tips of the rest of my fingers were cut off as well. While washing my hands, the finger fell in the drain and I picked it up and put it back on and it stayed on for a while but I could not bend my fingers. I know this is a crazy dream but maybe we can hit some numbers off of it by the dream number pros! Thanks
