			<description><![CDATA[<p>Our $20 Christmas peppermint ticket was like that here in PA....I say was because they seemed to have<br /><br />fixed the problem, it&#x27;s not difficult to scratch anymore. Anyway, when it was so frustrating scratching part of<br /><br />the card off in the process, I&#x27;d just scratch the scan box and scan the stupid thing. What a waste - no playing<br /><br />the game like that - but it was easier that way. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Every once and awhile I come across cards that for almost impossible to scratch. This happened to me the other day as I purchased a game that I noticed the retailer hadn&#x27;t sold a ticket from since September. It was so difficult to scratch that I ended up removing some of the numbers trying to get the coating off.<br /><br />I was wondering if any players out there have ever encountered this scenario and if so are there any tips on scratching these cards.</p>]]></description>
