fixed the problem, it's not difficult to scratch anymore. Anyway, when it was so frustrating scratching part of

the card off in the process, I'd just scratch the scan box and scan the stupid thing. What a waste - no playing

the game like that - but it was easier that way. Now that PA has obviously had complaints and fixed the problem

This happened to me the other day as I purchased a game that I noticed the retailer hadn't sold a ticket from since September. It was so difficult to scratch that I ended up removing some of the numbers trying to get the coating off.

I was wondering if any players out there have ever encountered this scenario and if so are there any tips on scratching these cards.
