you said your other download was in spanish too so something happened on your end or computer, it's not the download

check your language settings in office as suggested and run malwarebytes malware,maybe you have a virus or something that is changing your settings

or delete open office and download it again to open files

There are 3 Excel files in the download folder.

P3StateDraws.xlsm has all the draw histories from each state (includes Canada and Puerto Rico)

Open the P3StateDraws.xlsm file 1st and keep open at all times. You will see a window open to change the date. Just close this window.

Thoughts on this:

New Jersey Combined draws the digit 8 is the longest out in all 3 positions. Minimum 8

Position 1 = 20

Position 2 = 8

Position 3 = 20
