Reminds me of a 164 line wheel with a 3if6 guarantee.

The problem with the wheel I'm thinking of, it's actually two wheels side by side, a 3if3 and 3if4. You can check this by looking for two groups of numbers that never share a line together.

While this method can produce a 3 number win or better every time, the odds of getting all the winning numbers on one wheel side or the other are on par with draws of all odd or all even numbers, very slim.

Before I go any further, I have absolutely NO affiliation with E Prof Will Foster, MBA and do not know anybody who is. I purchased his system on-line for the full price.

The first thing I must say is that the Handbook/Manual that comes with the program is a hard read and I have a long history of reading tech manuals of all sorts.
