I do the same thing with the LP prediction board but fear of winning there and losing in real life forces me to play all my predictions for real.

I actually learned to cut my spending down to almost nothing by playing simulated games on my computer. I worked on 35 sets of numbers for each game.

Mega Millions / Powerball the local 6/49 game.

My simulated expense in 2014 was $14,913 my simulated winnings were $3,216. A simulated loss of 78%. I spend less than $10 a week on lottery nowadays, sometimes going weeks without buying.

With $500/ month bankroll you should be able to hit two straight or break even in a month playing P3, is about focus and patience. You need to make some strategic choices here

1:Divide the month into four time frames,

2: A time frame will be 7 days at cost $125 ($18/ draw)

3: $18/day will give you 18 picks

4: wage only a type draw (DAY or EVE not both) for now

5:Wage only EXACT BETS, box bet by default is a lost(you're more focus and intuitive when you bet Exact)

Yes there is. A lot of people on this site firmly believe they will win the JP one day in their lifetime, despite the overwhelming odds against them. So all you have to do is believe and you will win. It's that easy. Who would've thought?

In about 30 years, we'll see a rather large influx of JP winners. The lotteries will have no choice but to close shop. There will be literally hundreds of thousands of JP lottery winners claiming the JP.

Well, in general, if it doesn't hit then you need to quit. But, it's best to stick with a small(er) game such as the Pick 3. So, would you rather make some money or be in the negative trying to win big

I only play big jackpot lotteries when the hype is there. Other than that I don't waste my time.

You need to pool your money if jackpots are your thing. Don't go it alone.

If it's any consolation to you, most of us are not winning either. There is money to be made in pick 3 but I personally think it's a bother. Maybe when MA lottery allows online bets is when I'll give pick 3 a serious look.

It's fun to dream, but with the big jackpot games the odds of winning anything meaningful are horrible. Consider adding a better odds game to the mix. Play Pick 3 straight for $1 (box doesn't pay much; better to put towards an all straight wager) and/or Pick 4 straight / boxed for $1 (50c str/50c box). Total added cost $7-$14 per week (many lotteries do two draws per day). Winning a few hundred to a few thousand, while not a huge amount, will add some excitement and motivation to continue playin... I have been playing the games, starting in the early 80's. Nothing but one or two dollars. I spend close to 6k a year for the last 10 years. The largest win was 173.00 on a quick pick cash 5 in NC this year.

I know I need to quite, I still look for the dream of winning big. Is their any sujestion. I have been playing Mega Powerball and Cash Five in NC and Vir.
