Need a formula for adding root numbers?

Example:row 1A 7+6=13---1+3=4

So 4 would be the first number in row2B

next in row 1A--6+6=12---1+2=3

So 3 would be next in row 2B and so on till the

last two numbers in row 1A ---3+4=7

need the whole formula --using excel 7
