Look at the prediction statistics, ignore those posted for all states, look for those winning in your state fairly often within what would be your budget.<br /><br />Lotto terms mean different things to different people. To me hot is anything happening now. Pairs are digits drawn together. 0-1 2 the pairs are 0-1, 0-2, 1-2. 0-2-2 the pairs are 0-2 and 2-2.
