First of all I wish everyone the best of luck, in their lottery endeavours.

I have been racking my little brain over this problem, I'll explain;

We all know the World Record for a pick 6/49 match 3 if 6 hit can be done in 163 lines; covermaster does this @ approximately 99.30% coverage (not optimized)
