Some one else a while ago posted that they had won about 10k on a second chance. The member attributed the win to the fact that there were less than 9k entries, so better odds.

Calif is phasing out all the end of game prizes. The weekly draws for much less they pad. EG, they advertise 100k but it is divided among 25 people.

I actually won something today in one of those second chance drawings ... although not a big deal, it is the first time winning anything in a second chance contest. This was the Florida Lottery Make the Play College Football Fantasy 5 second chance where each $5 or more Fantasy 5 ticket is printed with a voucher number you enter online. I won a second place prize of 2 UCF team hats a 2 T-shirts.
