			<description><![CDATA[<p>Okay so I did win $8 on powerball as I look at different numbers, patterns, etc. This lottery makes no sense. What is the point of having a 10x multiplier? It states on the back of the ticket area where you decide what numbers you want and automatically mentions anything under $125 million. Who&#x27;s marketing idea was this?<br /><br />Powerball needs to go back to the original format. Are they afraid if a lot of consumers hit 10x it might get out of control and have to pay customers that much</p>]]></description>
