What is the point of having a 10x multiplier? It states on the back of the ticket area where you decide what numbers you want and automatically mentions anything under $125 million. Who's marketing idea was this?

Powerball needs to go back to the original format. Are they afraid if a lot of consumers hit 10x it might get out of control and have to pay customers that much
