As I recall I think back in the 90's I am about 45 minutes from the delaware border Naamans Creek Rd. there was a tri state mall shopping area with shop n bag. If I recall the powerball at that time I think was over $395 million. Perhaps many can do a youtube video and find it. The line went from inside the lottery area on back to the rear to the other side of the building and out down the strip on to Naamans creek rd.
