So it seems as if there are 43 possible RDSs for this particular game.

That also means that 21 RDSs are Low and 22 RDSs are High:

O.K. this is what is next:

Sums of the Decades, but first the regular Sums:

Now the Sum of the Decades:

10 17 21 35 39 = 10 DSum

So:

01 02 03 04 05 = 00 DSum = Lowest DSum

35 36 37 38 39 = 15 DSum = Highest DSum

Prediction is neither easy nor simple if it was everybody would be winning all the lottery games and so there would be no lottery games.

A very straight, simple and short way is to buy quick picks, which is what most people buy and therefore quick picks are what wins lottery games.

It could not be simpler than that.

But if you do that you can forget about winning many small prizes more often than if you instead bought quick picks.

The way I see it, you are making groups of numbers. You split each group again into groups. You start the logic upside down, that is hard to follow. I like to put things short and straight. In der K rze liegt die W rze!

Also, as there are 39 possible numbers on that game, that is almost 40 numbers, we could say that:

01 to 20 are Low and 21 to 39 are High numbers, so for example:

The Last or Rth Digits also makes stuff like Sums, LDS, Root, Width, Low-High, Even-Odd, In-Out, Etc.

For example:

15926 = 23 Sum, 3 LDS, 5 Root, 8 Lowest To Highest Width or 8 LH Width, LHHLH, OOOEE, Etc.

There are a few over 1/2 million combinations possible so of course many won't show up ever.

As to the possible combinations of the Rth and Last Digit:

10x10x10x10x10 = 100, 000 possible combinations so they might take almost forever for all of them to show-up.

As you can see, of the 4 possible decades: 0 1 2 and 3

On each line there can be zero of 1 Decade, but up to Five of each decade, for example:

01 02 03 04 05 Here there are five of the zero Decade.

35 36 37 38 39 And here there is zero of the zero Decade.

So as a possible example:

Sun, Jan 17, 2016 02-03-15-21-38 = 0 = 2, 1 = 1, 2 = 1, 3 = 1

The left side digit has a range from 0-3. The right side digit has a range of 0-9. I have a partial workout that breaks the digits apart. This could allow me to use the same process used for pick 3-4 on the Right digit. Once the Right digit is fixed wheel the numbers using the 0-3 front digits. There are still way to many combinations resulting and the filters tend to kill the good numbers; but, I am working on that.

The digits on the right side of the decades would be from 0 up to 9

But on the 1st position they might mostly be from 1 to 9, but sometimes there might also be 0s

And maybe the same for the 5th position.
