It just does not make sense to leave it in hands of lottery dept/govt or whatever you want to call it. here are the reasons<br /><br />1) If they go bankrupt , so do you, money stops coming, even though you can file lawsuits and stuff its just a hassle and there is no gurantee that you might get the money<br /><br />2)TAX laws might change , better to get the money now and run<br /><br />3)Its better to have the money in your hand than in someone elses</p>]]></description>
