Ohio did a holiday second chance drawing. only non-winning holiday tickets. I won $500.

Whats a second chance lottery? Is that when you mail in your losing tickets for a weekly drawing? If so, I did try that in Wisconsin for a while. Didn't win squat, so I quit wasting my time and the postage.

I know it is. I've tested it...... It's a scam all the way. I can prove it
