			<description><![CDATA[<p>I considered a scenario why the ten balls were &#x27; single unit&#x27;( a point basically ) changing identities each cycle, so the assigned identities(odd, even, low etc) that does not change the uniform entity, basically 1 is not different from 2 ....etc...<br /><br />Why would the identities of each ball change at any time? Once they paint the number on that ball, it&#x27;s identity remains the same. The ball that was painted 1 will always be 1 .</p>]]></description>

I think the ten balls do have the same colors. They only color the balls different in certain European countries mostly.<br /><br />I think digits are assigned to the balls because if all the balls were blank, then everybody would win every draw.<br /><br />A B C D<br /><br />1 2 3 4<br /><br />You could assign your odd/even scenario based on that cipher.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>You can further reduce combos that are most likely to show most of the time. One example in addition to the one you wrote about is the last SUM. If you have 10 combos to bet on, rule out any that have the same sum as th last winner.<br /><br />Another which is back pairs. Back pairs are only 00-99. If you can regularly figure out which back pair will win, it becomes a no-brainer. So that&#x27;s only 100 combinations(back pairs) to deal with instead of 1 in 1,000. They do happen 72% of the time on average.<br /><br />At the least we went ahead and got that very obvious one out of the way. It is a large filter.<br /><br />It is a big one and it is consistent and very reliable that&#x27;s for sure.<br /><br />Of course, we could say we are actually using a doubles filter by doing that.</p>]]></description>
