Don't bother, just get a billboard next to a freeway as close to the lottery's billboard as possible.

Could be he is trying to get as far away as possible from his victims getting their hands on his sweet honest self.

The website, two years in the making, gotta be some kind of super impressive website when done, with all those lotto wins poured back into its creation n'all. Can hardly wait to see it advertised on LP.
