			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello members. I am hoping someone can help me out. I&#x27;m looking for a free software program/package that can be used to analyze a states Pick-3 by position. In other words, I&#x27;d like to be able to look at statistics for positions 1,2, and 3 separately. I am not interested in a program that predicts, just a program that analyzes. I&#x27;m running Windows 10 and attempted to install Lotsoft using the instructions given here, but apparently I either did something wrong, or Windows 10 doesn&#x27;t like it.
