Welp i was right. It was won this Saturday for $430M. It needs to replicate the big one because that is the only known way that a billion dollar jackpot gets created. Slow and steady up the hill after 300M means it'll get taken long before it ever gets close.

I remember when the jackpot reached $1Billion. I had a feeling that it would back when it was around $450Million. I asked if anyone thought it would go that high. I remember you saying that you didn't think it would go that high. To be fair, very few people thought that the jackpot would go anywhere near $1Billion, let alone over $1 1/2 Billion! I felt like the odd man out! lol!

I find a $2 Billion dollar jackpot highly improbable.....but I would love to stand corrected.

If it gets to 1.5 billion again WITHOUT a winner (which I don't think will be likely) then yes....it will for sure. But I figure once it gets back to that mark, people and their ancestors will be buying up all the possible combinations

It would have jumped to the 500+ million area if it was gonna replicate the big one and it hasn't. It'll be won either this Saturday or Wednesday under 500 million or slightly above.

I had to eat my words when it went to a billion, hahahahahaha, and am thinking it will NOT be won Saturday but no clue how high it will go. Only willing to go week-by-week. It was tough admitting I was wrong when I said it didnt have a chance in hades to get to a billion lol.
