			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t use win-10 so I can&#x27;t say one way or the other. I can compile the code as a 64-bit app<br /><br />but the main issue would be with the installer build. I plan to use Xp till I kick the bucket, add<br /><br />a few third party security tools and it&#x27;s still the best OS hands down. The MO. lottery provides a search by drawing but I need to be able<br /><br />to download, lets say the last 100 games instantly. I added a Keno option to my latest program but without a<br /><br />means to auto-update I don&#x27;t think it&#x27;s worth messing with. Here in MO they draw every 4 minutes. This means<br /><br />that I have to update the program, generate the lines then fill out the betslips then purchase the tickets in less<br /><br />than 4 minutes.
