I remember a story about Nostradamus. They ask him which color meat were they going to serve for dinner. The black or brown one. The cooks on purpose with the king order prepare the one that was opposite of his prediction. It ended up falling in the floor and they cook the one they predicted.

certain people that were in the past considers Gods, Goddess or prophecy and prophets can change lottery number results,but i think that those that control the state funding including may have a pre payout number list. if it is change it may not get paid. some psychics can see the future but it may be delayed because of the pre authorize committee meetings. people in public are saying someone put roots on number. Whats roots. they are part of the preknow buddy group.

Maybe most of them are not very interested in lottery prediction and the ones that are might not be good enough predictors.

There are Many we just don't hear about them all.

Also everyone has Psychic abilities you just need to learn how to use them.
