This is great as sometimes people here get really defensive over accidental ratings.

I don't really use ratings anyway personally, but I have fat fingered the buttons once or twice.

Yes, I've allowed the ratings to be deleted as far back as anyone would like to go. But you can't re-rate a closed topic.

Does this mean that those posters that are always mad at the world, that have caveman level of comprehension of the written word and virtually rating almost everything 1or 2 stars, now have an indefinite amount of time to go back {after they calmed themselves down}, and change the rating or does it have a time limit like everything else in life?.

One of the most common requests I hear from people is to be able to remove a topic rating. It's easy to accidentally click the wrong number of stars, especially on a phone or other touch screen.

So this morning I finished a new little feature that lets you delete any rating you made. After deleting a rating, you can either leave it deleted or you can re-rate the topic.
