As for what I'd wear? I've only gotten as far as thinking about wearing long sleeves, since I am fairly identifiable with my arms being mostly covered tattoos, so when I return to the public, I can wear my beloved sleeveless shirts and maybe no one will recognize me? (Wishful thinking

Desperate times call for desperate measures. I so wish that California could adopt the anonymous label for lottery winners but the Powers that be say they only identify the store where the ticket was purchased the name of the winner. It's for transparency- they say. I personally don't like their idea of transparency. If l am a winner, it should be my decision as to whether l want the world to know how l am.

No matter what you wear to collect your winnings, you will still have to give your correct name, home city and social security number to the lottery agency.

Unless you live in an anonymous state, they will publish your name and city.

I'll wear my usual shorts and t-shirt and make sure my face is fully visible in the photo. I'll likely do local media interviews and if the morning shows want to fly me to NY, I'll do them, too. There's no sense winning if no one knows who you are.
