Psyko will go far the Tiny House by the sea, my winter home and inflatable raft with a rod holder on the stern and flag on bow blowing in the wind..My Yacht! The summer home will be a nice Tree House swaying in the summer mountain breezies. Will trade my three ole Smart cars on three brand new Smart cars.

I'd also go with the modest blend in house, but my first order of business in houses would be to get out of Jersey.

The house would be smaller than the one I live in now, but with more land, maybe in Delaware or Virginia.

Also a condo in Florida...I hate winter, and even the springtime...when we have one is cold and damp here,

most years we just go right from winter to summer.

I'd live on a 90 foot sailing catamaran (gunboat) with paid captain and cook.

I would spend my days sailing the world with some friends and mostly go offline. I might even change my official name to keep my anonymity.

Yes, maybe too steep of a curve there. I might have to get a cardboard box insulated with newspapers as an intermediary residence to minimize the shock of rapid change.

buy land, build a self sustaining liveable home...solar, hydro...the works so that I can utilize my funds for good causes...not the utility bills!

I have zero desire to build big or stuff things in it . that need repaired or replaced.

Ohh and a green house :) TO help feed the locals......

I have lived in an apartment building or rented an apartment in a multifamily house all of my life. If I won a sizable amount, I would definitely buy my own house. The size of the house would depend on the jackpot amount, but it would be mine!

I don't need big and fancy.... will maybe not fancy, but big would be nice.

Just curious as to how you all would roll after a major JP win. I would go with buying a modest house, as to blend in, not stand out and actually be The Millionaire Next Door .
