			<description><![CDATA[<p>I assume you&#x27;re talking about 700 in any which order. Well in NY there&#x27;s been a few times that 556 has been out for about 2 years. And there was one time that 494 was out for about 4 years in any order. So it is not unusual. Perhaps 700 just doesn&#x27;t fit in with the numbers at the moment. But, when you do see it again. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>With the way lotteries implement their draw procedures, there&#x27;s no telling when it&#x27;ll actually show in what&#x27;s deemed an &#x27;official draw result&#x27; which is yet another already dead discussion. That said, Id be willing to bet some very good money that if you had access to their pre-test results dating back to April 2014, you&#x27;d find your 700 combo at least a couple of times by now. In fact, if you&#x27;re really serious, I&#x27;d contact them and request the corresponding results.
