Its a simple +1 and -1 system. The columns where you have 9 in place of 4 is -5 or +5.

With any of these systems its best to get some of your Pick 3/Pick 4 history and work through to see what works best.

I wrote this one after some poster came in claiming he had discovered an incredible system that hit 6 to 8 times a week.
