Here&#x27;s the data that all these Plus/Minus systems are built around.<br /><br />Remember what goes up, comes down? If you work out the data 45% of the time a digit (except 9) in any position is going up. 45% of the time a digit (except 0) is going down.<br /><br />10% of the time a digit will stay the same. So how much do they change from draw to draw? 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ok sorry I had just woken up when i posted that.<br /><br />What I am saying is im using the +1 -1 system where you take the previous draws number and punch them into the system which then shoots out the 80 possible +1 -1 possibility&#x27;s. December so far in Massachusetts has hit good with it up over 1K but I have just finished Novembers and im in the hole. So small stats being used but I was wondering if anyone was interested in the results i was getting was all.</p>]]></description>
