Always play the hot list first! But the way I tell the players i help is do your workouts and rundown then match the numbers up to my list ,, those are the ones to play not my whole rundown! Now if you are newer to the game I can try and get you a new rundown just for you every 2 days by the 2 days you should see a hit or need a new rundown I usually pm them
