			<description><![CDATA[<p>BTW, I take it that you got the info somewhere on line.<br /><br />I am curious about lotteries in all states and Puerto Rico. I think the voided check information is from my state lottery, Arizona. The social security card and government ID is usually mentioned by most states. I didn&#x27;t read it for Michigan in particular.<br /><br />Arizona only has two claims offices, Phoenix and Tucson. They will either write a check or transfer it directly to your checking account if you bring a voided check.
