BTW, I take it that you got the info somewhere on line.

I am curious about lotteries in all states and Puerto Rico. I think the voided check information is from my state lottery, Arizona. The social security card and government ID is usually mentioned by most states. I didn't read it for Michigan in particular.

I have never had to worry about it in all my decades of playing. If I should ever have to worry about it, at least it is no longer an hour and fifteen minute drive both ways plus 4 or 5 hours of waiting or pretty much an entire eight hour day (I have talked to people who have had to go to the nearest claim center and they told me what they went through)

They would need to bring a voided check with them so the winnings can be correctly direct deposited. They also need a social security card and government-issued photo ID.

Update-

I believe that the Secretary of State Office claim centers can't write checks and if you claim a prize there you must have a bank account to direct deposit into.

February 14th and 21st when you play Club Keno and you buy a ticket for 6 draws they will add a seventh draw as a Bonus

February 16th and 23rd when you buy a 4-line Lucky for Life ticket it will print a Bonus 1-line ticket so 5 for the price of 4!

In March on all Pick 3 and Pick 4 prizes except the $5000 prize there will be a 20% bonus payment on random draws
