Good question!

Not sure if it is up to the store to log into the machine? Or if there is a 'time' the lottery allows them to start selling in the morning?

I am leaning towards the store not logging in, as there are kiosks machines for Lottery at Royal Farms near me and can't see those not selling at all hours (but will test them next time I am there on odd hours

So I started playing 8319 a couple of days ago, what hits - 8397 - LOL!!

Not sure if I should keep it, but it seems 3 digit repeats seem to happen alot so think I will for a while more.

For midday the lottery stops selling at 12:22PM the draw is at ~12:30PM, night stops selling at 7:50PM they draw at ~8PM.
